UPDATE 2:

Hurricane Sandy crashes Google’s party, but not its Nexus announcement

Though Hurricane Sandy forced Google to cancel its plans for a release event for its new Nexus line and Android viagra canadian pharmacy 4.2, the company still released information on the devices on the Official Android Blog.

Three Android devices (the Nexus 4, the enhanced Nexus 7, and the Nexus 10) manufactured by three partners (LG, Asus and Samsung) respectively, announced by Google on

their official android blog. And all these three devices will run on android 4.2 Jelly Bean’s next version.

UPDATE 1: Google Android event cancelled due to Hurricane Sandy

The threat caused to the U.S east coast by Hurricane Sandy has caused Google to postpone Monday’s Android launch event.

However, with the megastorm moving its way up the eastern seaboard throughout the weekend and public transport services suspended in New York City, Google has decided it’s better to be safe than sorry.

As yet, the company has not announced when the event will now take place. 🙁

Google just sent out a mysteriously cute invitation about an Android event happening on October 29th in New York. All the invitation says is ‘The playground is open‘. What does that mean?

The event will be streamed on YouTube.com/Android. Will this be something dealing with a Nexus phone? Another OS update? We’ll find out at the end of the month. We’ll take your guesses below. 🙂
